Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor Registration

Staffing your exhibit is an important element of exhibit space planning. Fortunately, getting your staff registered and securing your room block won't be as complicated as deciding who is on the travel team.

Register Exhibit Space Personnel

Please complete the Exhibitor Registration form to register your exhibit space personnel. A form must be completed for each individual separately. Each exhibitor receives two complimentary full-conference registrations. Payment will be required for registrations that exceed the two complimentary. To register booth personnel in addition to the complimentary registrations, please select member, non-member or retiree pricing on the registration form.

Online Payments Invoice/Check Payment

Exhibitors who have already purchased exhibit space may:

  • Register exhibit space personnel
  • Check to see who is already registered (review available badge allotment)
  • Make corrections/cancellations to existing exhibitor badges
  • Request a resend of confirmations

Exhibitor Badge Allotment and Cost

Exhibiting companies are allocated two (2) complimentary exhibit space personnel per 100 square feet of space (10' x 10' exhibit space). Exhibitors may use their free badge allotment for exhibit space personnel only. Exhibit personnel who are above the number of complimentary badges allotted for your exhibit space will be charged for additional badges.
