How do I purchase exhibit space at the 32nd Annual Florida SME Regional Mining Conference?
Under Exhibitors & Sponsors, go to the interactive floorplan and click on the desired exhibit space. You can hover your mouse over a sold exhibit space to see who occupies it or click on it to see more details about the exhibitor. Click on "Purchase Exhibit Space" to begin the online space application process.
What are the specs for exhibit space construction?

When can I order furnishings?
To order furnishings, please contact Christine Thomas at floridasme@gmail.com. You must pre pay 4 weeks in advance if you need to order additional chairs or tables. For more information including order forms, please visit Exhibitor Services.
When can I register for exhibitor badges?
Exhibitor Badge Registration opens June 2017 on the Florida SME Regional Mining Conference website. You will need an exhibitor badge to enter the exhibit hall for move-in and one hour prior to exhibit show hours to restock materials. How many complimentary registrations do we get?
You receive 2 Full Conference Registrations - includes technical sessions, exhibit hall entrance and functions, and registration material per 10x10 exhibit space.
How do I get more exhibitor badges?
You can purchase additional registration badges at an additional fee on the conference attendee registration link.
Do you offer free WiFi (wireless internet) on the exhibit floor?
Free wifi is available for use in the exhibit hall. To learn more about the standard options that are part of exhibit space, please visit Exhibit Sales.
What are the exhibit hall hours?

On Wednesday, October 11th, the exhibit hall is open from 7:30am to 6:30pm. On Thursday, October 12th, the exhibit hall is open from 7:30am to 4:30pm. Please see the Exhibitor Schedule on the website for more information on exhibitor activities and conference hours.

What are the exhibit hall set-up hours?
On Tuesday, October 10th, the setup hours are from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Please see the Exhibitor Schedule for more information on exhibitor activities and exhibit hall hours.
I haven't received any exhibitor emails, is there a reason for this?
Exhibitor show information emails are only sent to the email address provided for the contract during the exhibit space application process. If you would like to change SME’s contact, please email floridasme@gmail.com and let us know. Only one contact per exhibiting company, please. Additionally, please add SME to your approved email list to prevent important emails from being directed to junk mail or being caught in your spam filter.

I am looking for exhibitor marketing tools, where can I find them?
For exhibitor and sponsor marketing tools including conference logos and web banners, please visit Marketing Tools.
If an exhibitor wants to change their company address, display name, or other contact information, how do they do it?
Exhibitors must email floridasme@gmail.com for contact info changes or company name changes.
How can I edit my Pocket Guide listing?
To edit or make changes to your pocket program listing, please contact floridasme@gmail.com.
What is the refund and cancellation policy for exhibit sales?
The exhibitor must notify SME Exhibit Sales and Operations in writing at floridasme@gmail.com on or before July 31, 2017, of intention to cancel or withdraw from the exhibition. The exhibitor will be refunded 85% of all fees paid. All exhibitor benefits including comp registrations are forfeited. After July 31, 2017 there will be no refund. The exhibitor will be obligated to pay the total rental cost of the exhibit space.
Where can I reserve my hotel room(s)?
Discount housing opens June 2017. Beware of scam emails/phone calls from travel agencies. Rooms must be booked through the SME official housing vendor, to receive the discounted housing rate.
How many attendees are expected?
We are expecting more than 500 attendees at the 32nd Annual Florida SME Regional Mining Conference.
